A national Examination body based in Lagos invites proposals from experienced facility management companies to run its newly completed 24-room EXECUTIVE LODGE situated on the mainland.
SCOPE
- The Facility Manager will be required to fully take on the management of the Executive Lodge. This means that it will be solely responsible for the recruitment of personnel, day-to-day running of the facility as well as the proper maintenance of the property.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Interested organisations or individuals should submit the following;
- Financial proposal.
- A detailed proposal outlining relevant experience and approach to be adopted.
- CVs of key personnel who will be involved in the management.
- Evidence of previous hotel/facilities management, particularly in Nigeria.
